Join us as we host a small gathering for military spouses to connect with each other while learning hands-on self-defense from our friends at Richland County Sheriff’s Department! Self-defense classes are aimed to teach individuals how to protect themselves from physical harm. We are excited to have Richland County Sheriff’s Department teaching the class. *Due to the nature of this class, please note this is only for female spouses. Thank you for understanding! *
